The Pines is designed to offer its residents a logical step between home ownership and assisted living. Each unit offers a small storage closet, with access to limited additional storage on-site.
The ground-floor coin-operated laundromat means you do not require your own washer or dryer, allowing you more living space within your unit. Our common room, complete with kitchen facilities, can be reserved for entertaining larger gatherings.
Market Rents and Rent Subsidy Available
The Pines offers competitive market rents for its units and is mandated to offer nine Rent Geared to Income (RGI) units to those applicants who qualify.
